- Assist the Finance Director in planning, analyzing, reviewing, steering, and anticipating the financial performance of PCD in Europe.
- Manage a team including one junior controller and one intern, ensuring the finance team acts as a business partner to Team Europe and finance staff in subsidiaries.
- Report and consolidate actual sales performance versus objectives, analyzing by period, market, products, franchises, channels, and retailers.
- Liaise monthly with the supply chain to align market outlooks with logistic forecasts.
- Report and consolidate actual profit and loss statements versus objectives, analyzing trade terms by market and retailers, gross margin, OPEX, and operating profit.
- Control OPEX budgets of the regional structure (Team Europe).
- Target financial objectives by market and coordinate processes with central finance and markets.
- Act as a business partner for all relevant interlocutors, supporting performance monitoring and new business model development.
- Participate in FP&A and business monitoring systems developments.
- Develop new automated dashboards to monitor action plans for efficiency.
- Business school graduate with at least 7 years of professional experience in controlling, preferably in the beauty industry or consumer goods after 3 years in audit.
- Sound knowledge of financial reporting, analysis, and planning.
- First management experience appreciated.
- Fluent in English.
- Business-oriented with strong communication and soft skills.
- Ambitious, flexible, open-minded, and solution-driven.
- Very good knowledge of controlling tools such as SAP, Excel, and other systems.
A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in controlling, preferably within the beauty industry or consumer goods sector, following 3 years in audit.
Business school graduate.
