- Strategically and operationally manage product launches, brand animations, and activations on Dior.com, ensuring the implementation of e-merchandising strategies in collaboration with marketing, digital, and local teams.
- Analyze the performance of e-merchandising initiatives and product launches to maximize revenue on Dior.com.
- Oversee the webmastering team, optimizing collaboration processes between local and central teams and ensuring adherence to central guidelines.
- Define the e-merchandising roadmap, identifying opportunities for innovation and enhancement of the online experience in alignment with the brand's image.
- Contribute expertise to various cross-functional projects, including services, content revamps, and more.
- Lead and manage a team of eMerchandisers and Webmasters, comprising approximately twelve professionals.
- Degree from a Business School, ideally with a specialization in Digital.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in e-commerce.
- Proven managerial experience and leadership skills.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Creativity and a keen sense of brand image.
- Knowledge of UI and UX design is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Figma is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with familiarity in Google Analytics, Data Studio, and Content Square.
- Strategic thinking and organizational skills.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, with a proven track record in managing teams and leading e-merchandising initiatives.
Degree from a Business School, ideally with a specialization in Digital.
