Parfums Christian Dior Group Manager - Fragrances

- Achieve sales objectives, sell-out growth, and market share gains for the fragrance category.
- Develop and motivate the Fragrance team.
- Define the launch plan and three-year strategy to maximize growth, including optimizing central initiatives or proposing new ones.
- Construct the fragrance budget (sales and A&P).
- Drive sell-out through innovative activation plans in collaboration with Store Directors and distribution counterparts, maintaining brand quality standards.
- Build the annual media plan (special operations, sampling, displays) aligned with category priorities.
- Achieve quantitative and qualitative launch objectives for each franchise and create market-appropriate marketing tools; analyze results and prepare comprehensive feedback for categories and Europe.
- Monitor flagship brands across all marketing mix elements (Trade operations, training, merchandising, POS, CRM).
- Systematically report activities (billing analysis, sell-out, tours) and establish sales forecasts for new product launches.
- Maintain regular field presence (sales force presentations, tours, client conventions).
- Coordinate with operational teams in France: Store Directions, Field, Training, and Merchandising & Trade Marketing, to implement the most suitable tools for the planned launches.
- Develop and disseminate knowledge of the fragrance universe and trends within the French subsidiary.
- Communicate with European categories about market trends and specific needs of the French market.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a Grande Ecole or equivalent.
- Mandatory experience in the cosmetics sector within a large group, particularly in volume management.
- Strongly desired experience in the Fragrance category.
- Approximately 6-8 years of successful operational marketing experience.
- Successful management experience is mandatory.
- Ability to project a strategic vision.
- Fluent in English.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to motivate and gain adherence.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Innovation, creativity, and curiosity in approaching new challenges.
Minimum of 5 years in a relevant field is required.
