1. Participate in a 24-month rotational program across various marketing positions.
2. Engage in the development of key fragrance and makeup franchises such as Sauvage, J’Adore, Miss Dior, Rouge Dior, Dior Addict, and Dior Forever.
3. Contribute to product marketing development initiatives in both fragrance and makeup categories.
4. Experience an international rotation in one of the strategic markets.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive marketing strategies and product innovation.

1. Master’s degree (minimum Master 2 in France) required.
2. No more than 2 years of professional experience post-graduation.

1. Strong passion and interest in beauty products and French savoir-faire.
2. Multiple internships or professional experiences in product marketing development preferred.
3. Excellent presentation and analytical skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
4. Fluency in French and English.

Candidates must have no more than 2 years of professional experience post-graduation.
