1. Lead cross-functional projects to enhance regulatory operational excellence across LVMH's Perfume and Cosmetic brands and Business Partner Communities.
2. Support regulatory teams in implementing applicable regulations and guidelines, ensuring alignment with the Scientific Direction's strategy.
3. Establish and monitor key performance indicators, conducting regular audits to ensure compliance.
4. Oversee global risk management and support the implementation of risk management processes.
5. Contribute to lobbying and communication strategies by gathering and sharing insights from operational regulatory teams.
6. Provide personalized support to regulatory teams requiring additional assistance to strengthen compliance.
7. Participate in the recruitment process for strategic positions.
8. Manage a team of two permanent employees.

1. Master's degree in Law or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
2. Previous experience in the cosmetics industry is advantageous.

A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required.

Master's degree in Law or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
