- Lead the social media strategy and execution for Dior Makeup campaigns, including platform-specific orchestrations, content calendar co-creation, amplification plan definition, and creative direction proposal.
- Manage and mentor an intern responsible for campaign material preparation and account management of Dior Beauty Lovers.
- Oversee Dior Beauty Lovers strategy and influencer initiatives, activating nano-influencer seedings with an external agency.
- Drive influencer-led owned activations by developing creative briefs and ensuring brand-aligned social impact.
- Lead agency collaboration with clear briefings, timely deliveries, and consistent execution.
- Partner with internal teams (Makeup Marketing, Influencer Marketing, PR, Brand Content) to ensure aligned messaging.
- Collaborate with Christian Dior Couture teams for shared account coordination.
- Compile performance reports, analyze campaign results, social metrics, and competitive benchmarks for continuous optimization.
- Innovate and test new content ecosystems, from backstage artistry formats to creator-driven tutorials.
- Monitor social and cultural trends to identify emerging formats, creators, and engagement opportunities.
- 2–3 years of experience in social media and influencer marketing within the beauty, fashion, or luxury industry.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; French proficiency is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of social platforms and interest in social and beauty trends.
- Solid knowledge of the global influencer ecosystem and experience in influencer activations.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with data and performance metrics.
- Excellent project management abilities, with prioritization and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset.
Minimum of 3 years in social media and influencer marketing, preferably within the beauty, fashion, or luxury sectors.
