Parfums Christian Dior Global E-Concession Assistant

- Conduct systematic online business reporting, including weekly and quarterly reports, and translate performance into business insights.
- Lead post-mortem analysis of key campaigns, track digital campaign orchestration, paid media, and new product launches on major e-concession platforms such as Tmall, Kakao, Douyin, and JD.
- Monitor beauty industry trends and perform ad-hoc analyses.
- Assist in managing the brand's store and digital campaigns on e-concession platforms, collaborating with markets to generate top-tier online awareness and conversion, focusing primarily on Asian consumers.
- Participate in creating guidelines for e-concession new launch campaigns, including landing pages and product pages.
- Support the e-concession manager in validating digital assets and campaigns.
- Contribute to the development of immersive and innovative experiences, collaborating with agencies and internal teams across various functions and regions.
- Pursuing a Master's degree in Business School with a specialization in Marketing, Data Sciences, or Business Analysis.
- First experience in E-business (e-retail, e-commerce, or social commerce); a previous internship in digital consulting is a plus.
- Native Chinese speaker with fluency in French and English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, organized, meticulous, analytical, proactive, and open-minded.
- Strong understanding of luxury brand best practices in the Asian digital ecosystem, including Tmall, JD, social media (Line, KAKAO, Weibo, RED, Douyin), and international applications (Instagram, Facebook).
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with a passion for data mining.
- Familiarity with global digital innovation, SEM, and interest in beauty trends.
Entry-level experience required, ideally with a background in E-business or digital consulting.
Master's degree in progress in Business School with a focus on Marketing, Data Sciences, or Business Analysis.
The position offers a hybrid working mode, allowing flexibility between remote and office work.
