- Conduct systematic analysis and reporting of online business performance, including weekly and quarterly reports, translating performance into actionable business insights.
- Lead post-mortem analysis of key campaigns and oversee digital campaign orchestration, including paid media and new product launches on major e-concession platforms such as Tmall and JD.
- Monitor beauty industry trends and conduct ad-hoc analyses.
- Assist in managing the brand's e-concession store and digital campaigns in collaboration with regional markets to enhance brand awareness and online conversion, with a focus on Asian consumers.
- Participate in creating guidelines for e-concession campaign launches, including landing pages and product pages.
- Support the e-concession manager in validating digital assets and campaigns.
- Contribute to the development of immersive and innovative experiences, collaborating with agencies and internal teams across marketing, data, and CRM functions.
- Pursuing a Master's degree in Business School with a specialization in Marketing, Data Sciences, or Business Analysis.
- Previous experience in e-business (e-retail, e-commerce, or social commerce), with digital consulting experience as a plus.
- Native Chinese speaker with fluency in French and English.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with a passion for data mining.
- Familiarity with global digital innovation, SEM, and beauty trends.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, organization, and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with multiple teams.
- Understanding of luxury brand best practices in the Asian digital ecosystem, including platforms like Tmall, JD, and social networks such as Line, Kakao, Weibo, and Douyin.
Entry-level, suitable for candidates with initial exposure to e-business or digital consulting.
Master's degree in progress in a relevant field.
