1. Design comprehensive Masterclasses for La Collection Privée, including content, merchandising guidelines, and targeting strategies.
2. Develop and propose new olfactory discovery experiences for each La Collection Privée launch.
3. Revamp and enhance in-store fragrance services, particularly consultation offerings.
4. Create and develop event-based consultations around fragrances for key commercial periods and retailer partnerships.
5. Develop and update consultation tools such as fragrance finders for La Collection Privée.
6. Contribute to the development of a 360° service strategy, including merchandising iconography briefs and customer journey conceptualization.
7. Monitor and analyze the performance and market feedback of implemented experiences and services.

1. 3 to 5 years of experience in the fragrance and cosmetics industry.
2. Previous experience in marketing or retail training education.
