1. Drive fragrance sales by achieving sales targets and promoting the brand.
2. Provide a personalized luxury service to customers.
3. Expertly sell Parfums Christian Dior products and maintain a high standard of customer service.
4. Achieve or exceed sales targets set by the line manager.
5. Engage in cross-selling across product categories to increase average transaction value and units.
6. Maintain knowledge of all Parfums Christian Dior products to propose personalized solutions to clients.
7. Initiate and develop personal relationships with clients to gain loyalty and introduce the DIOR VIP loyalty scheme.
8. Educate clients on Parfums Christian Dior products and brand values.
9. Participate in merchandise management in line with corporate guidelines.
10. Monitor stock levels and report issues to ensure sufficient inventory.
11. Adhere to company procedures and policies as outlined in the employee handbook.
12. Perform additional duties as directed by the management team.

1. Previous experience in a luxury, consultative sales role.
2. Experience in beauty and/or fragrance sales is advantageous.
