Fragrance Consultant

1. Drive fragrance sales by achieving sales targets while promoting the brand.
2. Provide a personalized luxury service to customers.
3. Be an expert on fragrance to inspire and gain new clients.
4. Proactively sell Parfums Christian Dior products and provide a luxury standard of service.
5. Achieve or exceed sales targets set by the line manager.
6. Link sell across product categories to increase average transaction value and units.
7. Propose personalized products to clients.
8. Initiate contact with clients and welcome them both on counter and through traffic stopping.
9. Develop personal relationships with clients and gain loyalty.
10. Educate clients on Parfums Christian Dior products and the brand.
11. Participate in merchandise management in line with Corporate guidelines.
12. Monitor stock levels and report any issues.
13. Adhere to all company procedures and policies.
14. Carry out additional duties as directed by the management team.

Previous experience working in a luxury, consultative sales role is required. Experience in beauty and/or fragrance sales is advantageous.
