1. Drive fragrance sales by achieving sales targets and promoting the brand.
2. Provide personalized luxury service to customers.
3. Expertly sell Parfums Christian Dior products and maintain a high standard of service.
4. Achieve or exceed sales targets set by the line manager.
5. Link sell across product categories to increase average transaction value and units.
6. Propose personalized products to clients and educate them on the brand.
7. Initiate contact with clients and develop personal relationships to gain loyalty.
8. Introduce the DIOR VIP loyalty and reward scheme to clients.
9. Participate in merchandise management in line with corporate guidelines.
10. Monitor stock levels and report any issues.
11. Adhere to company procedures and policies.
12. Carry out additional duties as directed by management.

1. Previous experience in a luxury, consultative sales role.
2. Experience in beauty and/or fragrance sales is advantageous.
