- Lead the Commercial Insights Team in delivering comprehensive commercial reporting and ensure precise data collation on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Implement and manage the transition to Power BI for accessible and accurate commercial reporting.
- Prepare dashboards and weekly reports to facilitate market dynamics tracking for commercial teams.
- Provide insights and conclusions on key KPIs such as sell-out data in collaboration with Marketing and Demand Planning teams.
- Interpret data and influence data-driven decisions for the Commercial Director.
- Collaborate with Retail, Commercial, Demand Planning, and Supply Chain teams on forecasting new and basic SKUs using Power BI.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain internal forecast models.
- Address inquiries regarding brand performance and identify risks or opportunities based on forecast variances.
- Ensure team efficiency through clear communication regarding all forecasting processes.
- Lead distribution reporting in collaboration with UK and Central teams on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Manage budget entry and work on the full-year Basic New Promo (BNP) forecast to align monthly sell-in with company targets.
- Provide monthly sell-in and sell-out data versus budget, offering insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the Finance team on budget alignment, reporting, and monthly financial outlook.
- Recommend and execute optimization and automation of various business processes.
- Conduct ad hoc post-campaign analysis focusing on ROI and future initiative improvements.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Commercial Analytics, Business Analysis, Forecasting, or Sales.
- Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, and Excel
- Technical forecasting skills
