- Drive sales growth and achieve qualitative objectives by implementing the Maison's commercial strategy.
- Develop and execute a strategic vision for the stand in collaboration with the Retail Manager.
- Foster team development and cohesion, ensuring the transmission of strategic priorities and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Engage with cross-functional departments such as HR, CRM, Trade, Marketing, and Training to align on strategic priorities.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty while upholding Dior's brand image and service quality.
- Organize and evaluate commercial animations and recommend improvements.
- Welcome and advise local and international clients, ensuring a differentiated service experience.
- Implement and oversee CRM and clienteling initiatives.
- Analyze market competition and identify business development opportunities.
- Build commercial relationships and partnerships with other LVMH brands and department stores.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business, management, or luxury sectors.
- Strong affinity for beauty products and the luxury retail environment.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with a minimum of 5 years in managing large teams (20+ members) in high-volume retail settings.
- Exceptional customer service orientation and communication skills.
- Adaptability, rigor, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
