- Drive sales growth and achieve qualitative objectives for the flagship stand by implementing the brand's commercial strategy.
- Collaborate closely with the Retail Manager to set ambitious goals and define business priorities for the point of sale.
- Develop team competencies and foster a cohesive work environment, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional departments such as HR, CRM, Trade, Marketing, and Training to relay strategic priorities.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty while maintaining Dior's brand image and service excellence.
- Organize and evaluate commercial animations within the stand and department store, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Implement and oversee CRM and clienteling actions to enhance customer relationships.
- Analyze market competition and identify business development opportunities.
- Build commercial partnerships with other LVMH brands and department store entities to expand the customer base and generate additional revenue.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, or Luxury.
- Strong affinity for beauty products and the luxury retail environment.
- Proven expertise in high-end retail, preferably in a high-volume or multi-site setting.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in team management and performance development in a luxury retail environment.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
- Adaptability, rigor, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
A minimum of 5 years in team management and performance development within a luxury retail environment, particularly in large department stores, wholesale, or multi-brand settings.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, or Luxury.
