1. Enhance and strengthen the new budgeting, monitoring, and project tracking tool for the maisons, including auditing existing tools, reports, and processes.
2. Ensure the integrity of financial master data and activity figures.
3. Revamp the Anaplan tool for reporting and modeling in collaboration with Beauty Tech, and enhance reporting and management tools using Power BI.
4. Lead a project to optimize order management processes and implement a workflow for expenditure commitment validation.
5. Report to the Administrative and Financial Director and collaborate with the entire R&D Finance team.
6. Work closely with managers and operational staff responsible for budget management and project oversight.
7. Collaborate with the R&D HR Controller and the central HR Management Control team.
8. Engage with the IT Data team of LVMH Research, the Division's IT teams, and an external IT developer.

1. Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of study from a business school, engineering school, or university.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and information systems transformation projects.

1. Proficiency in Power BI, SAP, and Excel; knowledge of Anaplan is advantageous.
2. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and agilely in a constantly evolving environment.
3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate ideas effectively and persuasively.
4. Excellent analytical, synthesis, and critical thinking skills aimed at continuous improvement.

A minimum of 10 years in finance and information systems transformation projects is required.
