Christian Dior Financial Controller

1. Serve as a Business Partner for multiple Beauty Tech centers of expertise, overseeing activity tracking, budget construction, and project management.
2. Collaborate with various Beauty Division Houses to analyze and optimize Beauty Tech-related costs, acting as the primary financial liaison.
3. Participate in financial closings for the GIE, ensuring accurate budget distribution among different Houses and subsidiaries.
4. Contribute to the overall budgetary process of Beauty Tech, including OPEX and CAPEX budgets and revisions.
5. Develop and disseminate reports for Beauty Tech, CODIR, CFOs, and the LVMH Group.
6. Propose improvements to Controlling processes, including analytics, project time tracking, activity management models, and expenditure validation processes.
7. Engage in cross-functional projects within the Finance Department.
8. Prepare ad-hoc analyses based on identified priority needs.

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
2. Minimum of five years of experience in financial controlling, ideally within an IT department or project-based environment.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
2. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Adaptability and autonomy in a dynamic environment.
5. Fluency in both English and French.

Minimum of five years in financial controlling, preferably within an IT or project management context.

Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
