Parfums Christian Dior Financial Controller

- Serve as a Business Partner for multiple Beauty Tech centers of expertise, overseeing activity tracking, budget construction, and project management.
- Collaborate with various Beauty Division Houses to analyze and optimize Beauty Tech-related costs, acting as the primary financial liaison.
- Participate in financial closings for the GIE, ensuring accurate budget distribution among different Houses and subsidiaries.
- Contribute to the overall budgetary process of Beauty Tech, including OPEX and CAPEX budgets and revisions.
- Develop and disseminate reports for Beauty Tech, CODIR, CFOs, and the LVMH Group.
- Propose improvements to Controlling processes, including analytics, project time tracking, activity management models, and expenditure validation processes.
- Engage in cross-functional projects within the Finance Department.
- Prepare ad-hoc analyses based on identified priority needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of five years of experience in financial controlling, ideally within an IT department or project-based environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Adaptability and autonomy in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in both English and French.
Minimum of five years in financial controlling, preferably within an IT or project management context.
Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
