1. Operational tracking of departmental spending commitments
2. Participation in the monthly closing process
3. Preparation of monthly expenditure reports for the Marketing department
4. Daily monitoring of sales progress
5. Preparation of sales forecasts for the next four months
6. Entry of SAP maintenance and training orders
7. Serve as a contact for supplier creation in SAP
8. Entry of budgetary elements in reporting tools
9. Support for ad-hoc analyses and data entry

1. Business school, university, or engineering school education
2. Strong interest in data manipulation and IT tools
3. Fluency in English
4. Curious, organized, versatile, and meticulous
5. Good interpersonal skills

1. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
2. Familiarity with SAP is a plus
