1. Assist in the monthly closing process, including operational tracking of departmental spending commitments, analytical allocation, order reception, and invoice control.
2. Prepare monthly expenditure reports for the Marketing department, covering POSM, Training, Trade, Visual Merchandising, and T&Es.
3. Monitor daily sales progress and prepare a four-month sales forecast for reporting purposes.
4. Input maintenance and training orders into SAP.
5. Serve as the point of contact for supplier creation in SAP.
6. Enter budgetary elements into reporting tools such as Orion Activity/Diomed.
7. Provide support for ad-hoc analyses and data entry tasks.

1. Enrollment in a business school, university, or engineering school program.
2. Strong interest in data manipulation and IT tools.

1. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Fluency in English.
3. Curiosity, organization, versatility, and attention to detail.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills.
5. Familiarity with SAP is advantageous.

No prior experience required.

Currently enrolled in a relevant educational program.
