1. Prepare purchase order checks for Brand teams and communicate discrepancies to relevant teams and Finance Controllers.
2. Support Finance Controllers during monthly closing processes.
3. Prepare and analyze monthly Actual Reports by cost center and review with operational teams.
4. Prepare and participate in the analysis of monthly or quarterly ad-hoc reports such as T&E, A&P, and P&L by Door.
5. Prepare weekly and monthly multi-brand reports, including Sales and P&L.
6. Assist in budget process and preparation on the A&P scope.
7. Maintain purchase order systems and assist in training new joiners.
8. Implement system updates to comply with LVMH reporting needs.
9. Ensure adherence to internal control rules and processes.
10. Maintain communication between Controlling and Finance functions to minimize parked invoices.
11. Support Finance Controllers with ad-hoc requests.

Beginner level experience in finance or related fields.
