Christian Dior Finance Controller

- Oversee financial controlling for the multi-brand scope within the LVMH Beauty division in the UK and Ireland.
- Act as a key business partner by providing insightful reports and analysis to support decision-making.
- Identify business risks and opportunities, offering constructive advice to business managers.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives and improve processes.
- Ensure compliance with LVMH Group rules and proper usage of company assets.
- Interact with Shared Services teams and third-party logistics providers.
- Support the UK CFO and Head of Controlling.
- Prepare and manage budget planning and review processes.
- Coordinate operations teams' input to the budget and review all budget elements.
- Prepare monthly reporting for the parent company and management reporting for department heads.
- Analyze costs and variances, and support teams in monitoring expenditure.
- Participate in finance and IT projects, reinforcing internal control requirements.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position within an international group, preferably in FMCG, retail, or luxury business.
- Solid accounting knowledge.
- Autonomous and organized with a self-motivated attitude.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and business needs.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems, SAP preferred.
- High levels of persuasion and influencing skills.
Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within an international group, ideally in FMCG, retail, or luxury business.
