1. Manage and maintain excellence in visual merchandising standards across the south region.
2. Strategically prioritize diary to feature door visits across four days per week, with one day for administration.
3. Ensure all doors implement launches accurately according to guidelines and on schedule.
4. Ensure all doors complete their launch checklists immediately.
5. Process maintenance issues promptly via the SimpliField app and follow up with internal stakeholders to escalate where necessary.
6. Nurture relationships and educate Area Managers and Dior Ambassadors with best-in-class visual merchandising standards.
7. Support the installation of permanent counters and temporary sites within the south region.

1. Valid UK Driving License
2. Minimum three years of similar experience
3. Luxury brand experience
