- Drive sales targets and growth in the district through active product selling.
- Serve as a central liaison between stores and the company, ensuring seamless communication and execution of corporate strategies.
- Ensure flawless execution of brand presence across all stores.
- Lead and coach the sales team in selling Dior products, setting an example for excellence.
- Collaborate with Counter Managers on scheduling and planning.
- Educate and guide store staff in product knowledge to maintain high brand standards and exceptional customer service.
- Maintain regular communication with Counter Managers and retailers to coordinate goals and store performance.
- Identify additional recruitment needs in collaboration with HR and Retail Manager.
- Ensure implementation and support of sales team during major events and activities.
- Oversee perfect implementation of merchandising planograms across categories and manage merchandising database updates.
- Implement and maintain accurate KPI reporting to align with corporate objectives.
- Analyze business opportunities and monitor progress towards goals, reporting results to Retail Manager.
- Report on Dior's marketing initiatives and competitor activities.
- Manage inventory control to ensure optimal stock levels in stores.
- Minimum 3 years of sales management experience in retail/cosmetics or related field.
- Proven success in staff management, sales development, and goal achievement.
- Customer-focused approach with excellent service skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
- Business acumen and commercial awareness.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, results-oriented team player.
- Proficient in MS Office, with a valid driver's license and flexibility to travel.
