1. Manage the Multibrands Sales Team BeLux, consisting of 12 individuals.
2. Spend 80% of time on the field to enhance retail sales and market share in Multibrands Stores.
3. Implement organizational, sales, training, motivation, and animation tools for improved store performance.
4. Provide daily coaching, feedback, development opportunities, and recognition to the team.
5. Report weekly updates and coaching reports to the Benelux Retail Manager Multibrands.
6. Conduct weekly calls with the team to share priority updates.
7. Ensure adherence to the Dior art of selling and brand values.
8. Recruit qualified Retail Developers and Retail Artists.
9. Optimize team planning to align with new coverage guidelines and traffic.
10. Collaborate with the Training Management Team to implement individual training paths for staff.

1. Minimum 3 years of management experience.
2. Proven track record in retail or field management.
3. Established relationships with key beauty retailers in the market is a plus.

3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Proficiency in Office tools.
5. Fluent in Dutch and French, with excellent proficiency in English.
6. High coaching and customer service skills.

A minimum of 3 to 5 years in management, with a proven track record in retail or field management.
