1. Oversee the operational management of facilities services including reception, concierge services, fitness center, dining services, and break areas.
2. Ensure the efficient functioning and quality of assigned services through regular field inspections and reporting.
3. Participate in weekly operational meetings with service providers and manage their performance reviews.
4. Monitor relevant performance indicators and recommend improvements.
5. Ensure the quality and evolution of instructions and processes to support company transformations.
6. Distribute and track satisfaction surveys to ensure high service standards.
7. Collaborate closely with Security, Prevention, and Maintenance departments.
8. Attend preparatory meetings for major events.
9. Research and propose innovative tools and solutions for facilities management.
10. Manage additional general services such as mail, logistics, and cleaning during staff absences.

1. Extensive experience in facilities management or related service activities.
2. Proficient in project management, budget monitoring, and action plan implementation.
3. Knowledge of industry regulations and management indicators.
4. Ability to coordinate actions with various departments.
5. Experience in conducting monthly reviews with service providers.
6. Strong negotiation skills with vendors and suppliers.
7. Capability to supervise service managers.
8. Excellent communication skills with colleagues and service providers.
