- Oversee the operational management of facilities services including reception, concierge services, fitness center, dining services, and break areas.
- Ensure the efficient functioning and quality of assigned services through regular field inspections and reporting.
- Participate in weekly operational meetings with service providers and manage their performance reviews.
- Monitor relevant performance indicators and recommend improvements.
- Ensure the quality and evolution of instructions and processes to support company transformations.
- Distribute and track satisfaction surveys to ensure high service standards.
- Collaborate closely with Security, Prevention, and Maintenance departments.
- Attend preparatory meetings for major events.
- Research and propose innovative tools and solutions for facilities management.
- Manage additional general services such as mail, logistics, and cleaning during staff absences.
- Extensive experience in facilities management or related service activities.
- Proficient in project management, budget monitoring, and action plan implementation.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and management indicators.
- Ability to coordinate actions with various departments.
- Experience in conducting monthly reviews with service providers.
- Strong negotiation skills with vendors and suppliers.
- Capability to supervise service managers.
- Excellent communication skills with colleagues and service providers.
