1. Coordinate global regulatory activities to ensure product compliance across international markets, including China.
2. Oversee the preparation and submission of CPNP and UK notifications.
3. Ensure the completeness and availability of product information dossiers.
4. Facilitate successful international registrations in collaboration with subsidiaries.
5. Maintain effective communication with local contacts to ensure understanding of regulatory and operational requirements.
6. Ensure successful international inspections and analyze regulatory risks.
7. Contribute to the development of regulatory strategy in response to evolving regulations.
8. Lead the implementation of regulatory changes within the brand, considering group and brand positions.
9. Manage cross-functional projects to ensure brand compliance.
10. Oversee registration processes, anticipating necessary changes for operational efficiency.
11. Participate in the evolution of tools to align deliverables with business needs.
12. Raise awareness of international regulatory constraints internally.
13. Collaborate with subsidiaries and the Supply Chain.
14. Supervise team activities, set individual and collective objectives, and enhance team expertise and efficiency.
15. Identify and plan for necessary resources, including technical, human, and financial, to ensure team functionality.
16. Contribute to the recruitment of new team members and support change management.

1. Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
2. 5 to 10 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs with a focus on export.
3. Proven managerial experience.
