- Coordinate global regulatory activities to ensure product compliance across international markets, including China.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of CPNP and UK notifications.
- Ensure the completeness and availability of product information dossiers.
- Facilitate successful international registrations in collaboration with subsidiaries.
- Maintain effective communication with local contacts to ensure understanding of regulatory and operational requirements.
- Ensure successful international inspections and analyze regulatory risks.
- Contribute to the development of regulatory strategy in response to evolving regulations.
- Lead the implementation of regulatory changes within the brand, considering group and brand positions.
- Manage cross-functional projects to ensure brand compliance.
- Oversee registration processes, anticipating necessary changes for operational efficiency.
- Participate in the evolution of tools to align deliverables with business needs.
- Raise awareness of international regulatory constraints internally.
- Collaborate with subsidiaries and the Supply Chain.
- Supervise team activities, set individual and collective objectives, and enhance team expertise and efficiency.
- Identify and plan for necessary resources, including technical, human, and financial, to ensure team functionality.
- Contribute to the recruitment of new team members and support change management.
- Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs with a focus on export.
- Proven managerial experience.
- Expertise in international regulatory affairs.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Strategic thinking and risk analysis.
- Proficiency in regulatory documentation and processes.
A minimum of 5 years in regulatory affairs, with a recognized expertise in export-related matters and a successful track record in management.
Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
