1. Manage schedules for the Deputy Brand General Manager, including meetings, calls, market visits, and business trips.
2. Communicate closely with teams regarding arrangements.
3. Support the organization of market visits and VIP visits to Korea.
4. Coordinate various meetings, including sizable and cross-functional ones.
5. Assist in team gatherings and special events such as brand conventions and workshops.
6. Provide support for PowerPoint and Excel tasks.
7. Consolidate cross-functional documents.

1. Bachelor’s degree or above.

1. Advanced English proficiency.

Minimum 5 years of work experience preferred.
