- Manage schedules for the Deputy Brand General Manager, including meetings, calls, market visits, and business trips.
- Facilitate communication with teams regarding scheduling arrangements.
- Organize market visits in collaboration with relevant teams, particularly for VIP visits to Korea.
- Coordinate various sizable and cross-functional meetings, such as marketing and communication meetings.
- Support the organization of special events, including brand conventions, cross-functional workshops, and regional marketing meetings.
- Assist with team gatherings and family sales events.
- Provide support for ad hoc and regular documentation, including PowerPoint and Excel tasks.
- Consolidate cross-functional documents.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions.
Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, preferably within the luxury or fashion industry.
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
