The team empowers these Maisons with cutting-edge technical solutions, facilitating their transformations by leveraging core models and shared solutions while respecting their unique requirements.

1. Manage executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
2. Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events.
3. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
4. Screen and prioritize calls, emails, and mail, providing timely responses.
5. Maintain files, records, and documents with confidentiality.
6. Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth office operations.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience as an executive assistant.
2. Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
3. Excellent communication skills in both English and French.
