Parfums Christian Dior Executive Assistant

- Manage all expense reports for the Managing Director of Travel Retail and other key leaders.
- Coordinate all travel arrangements for the Managing Director, including itineraries, logistics, and accommodations.
- Oversee the Managing Director’s calendar, scheduling meetings, interviews, and personal appointments.
- Assist the Travel Retail team with administrative projects as needed.
- Coordinate conference room schedules in collaboration with the Office Manager.
- Lead the planning and execution of corporate meetings, events, and seminars.
- Organize and manage e-invitations and venue bookings for events.
- Draft PowerPoint presentations and templates.
- Organize team-building, charity, and sustainability activities.
- Manage agenda and bookings for TFWA Cannes and LVMH Beauty year-end events.
- Take notes during meetings and provide internal recaps.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director.
- Negotiate terms and pricing with vendors and service providers for special events.
- Provide general administrative support for the Travel Retail department.
- Assist with special projects, including publications and communications.
- Support the Finance Director with administrative tasks related to TR Americas SharePoint.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Proactive and able to anticipate executive needs.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Innovative and able to bring new ideas.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Customer service mindset.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
At least 2-3 years of experience in roles such as Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or in customer service/hospitality industries.
