Executive Assistant

1. Manage the Country General Manager's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
2. Facilitate communication by acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
3. Coordinate meetings by preparing agendas, logistics, and taking minutes.
4. Manage travel and expenses, including booking flights and accommodations, and processing expense reports.
5. Assist with special projects and conduct research.
6. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
8. Oversee the general administration of the General Manager's office.
9. Collaborate with the Sales team to collect data on competitors and submit reports.

1. Demonstrated experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience.

1. Strong organizational and time management skills.
2. Attention to detail and accuracy.
3. Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
4. Discretion in handling sensitive information.
5. Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
6. Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
7. Excellent communication skills in both English and Thai.
