- Manage the General Manager's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Facilitate communication by acting as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings by preparing agendas, logistics, and taking minutes.
- Handle travel and expenses management, including booking and itinerary preparation.
- Assist with special projects and conduct research for report preparation.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Oversee general office management to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with the Sales team for competitive analysis reporting.
- Perform administrative tasks such as correspondence and file management.
- Demonstrated experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Thai.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Discretion in handling sensitive information.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive assistant role or similar position is required.
