1. Plan and execute VIP events, including premium skincare and fragrance classes, and CRM private events.
2. Develop customized programs based on brand heritage and generate creative concepts.
3. Oversee venue styling, ensuring alignment with brand mood, including floral decoration, F&B selection, and on-site operations.
4. Enhance engagement and purchase conversion through client benefits and event-exclusive promotions.
5. Search and manage external partners such as florists and catering vendors, including quotations and contract negotiations.
6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as Retail and RDVM, to prepare events and coordinate schedules.
7. Analyze client behavior and sales performance before and after events.
8. Update post-event reports and derive actionable insights.
9. Collect client feedback and implement improvements.
10. Research competitor events and market trends for benchmarking insights.
11. Responsible for market analysis and competitor watch reports for marketing activations on novelty and iconic products and client events.
12. Plan and manage overall event budgets, focusing on cost efficiency and invoice processing.
13. Develop annual forecasts and plans for event gifts and materials; manage and track inventory.

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher

1. Fluency in Korean and English
2. Strong interest in the cosmetic industry and consumer behavior
3. Analytical thinking and statistical insight
4. Effective time management and prioritization skills

A minimum of 4 years of experience in the cosmetic industry or FMCG is required.
