Christian Dior Event Specialist

- Plan and execute VIP events, including premium skincare classes and CRM private events, ensuring alignment with brand heritage and image.
- Develop creative concepts and customized programs for events.
- Oversee venue styling, including floral decoration and F&B selection, to align with brand mood.
- Enhance engagement and purchase conversion through management of client benefits and event-exclusive promotions.
- Identify and collaborate with external partners such as florists and catering vendors, managing quotations and contract negotiations.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders like Retail and RDVM for event preparation and scheduling.
- Analyze client behavior and sales performance before and after events, updating post-event reports and deriving actionable insights.
- Collect client feedback for continuous improvement and conduct competitor and market trend research for benchmarking insights.
- Manage overall event budgets, monitor expenditures for cost efficiency, and handle invoice processing.
- Develop annual forecasts for event gifts and materials, managing and tracking inventory.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the cosmetic industry or FMCG.
- Fluency in Korean and English.
- Strong interest in the cosmetic industry and consumer behavior.
- Analytical thinking and statistical insight.
- Effective time management and prioritization skills.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
