1. Plan and execute VIP events, including premium skincare classes and CRM private events, ensuring alignment with brand heritage and image.
2. Develop and implement creative concepts for events, overseeing venue styling, floral decoration, and on-site operations.
3. Enhance client engagement and purchase conversion through event-exclusive promotions.
4. Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to coordinate event logistics and schedules.
5. Analyze client behavior and sales performance pre- and post-events, updating reports and deriving actionable insights.
6. Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to inform marketing activations and client events.
7. Manage event budgets, monitor expenditures, and handle invoice processing.
8. Develop annual forecasts for event gifts and materials, managing inventory effectively.

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher.
2. Minimum 4 years of experience in the cosmetics industry or FMCG.
3. Fluency in Korean and English.

A minimum of 4 years of experience in the cosmetics industry or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) is required.
