1. Assist in organizing medium-sized internal events such as product launches, Catherinettes, and Nicolas celebrations.
2. Play a significant role in the organization of the large-scale annual Worldwide Meeting.
3. Contribute to the deployment of events and initiatives at industrial sites.
4. Engage in sourcing and liaising with suppliers providing tailored services or products, including innovative animations and unique catering solutions.
5. Conduct competitive benchmarking of vendors and service providers.
6. Manage the scheduling of collaborative spaces at the headquarters in Neuilly-sur-Seine.

1. Minimum of 6 months experience in an event agency or in-house event role.
