1. Assist in organizing medium-sized internal events such as product launches and traditional celebrations.
2. Play a significant role in the organization of the annual Worldwide Meeting.
3. Contribute to the deployment of events and initiatives at industrial sites.
4. Engage in supplier sourcing and meetings for services and products like innovative animations and catering.
5. Conduct competitor and supplier benchmarking.
6. Manage the scheduling of collaborative spaces at the headquarters in Neuilly-sur-Seine.

1. Six months of experience in an event agency or in-house event role preferred.
