1. Assist in organizing medium-sized internal events such as product launches and traditional celebrations.
2. Play a significant role in the organization of the annual Worldwide Meeting, a large-scale event.
3. Contribute to the deployment of events and initiatives at industrial sites.
4. Engage in supplier prospecting and meetings to secure services and products that meet the company's needs.
5. Conduct benchmarking of competitors and service providers.
6. Manage the booking schedule for collaborative spaces at the headquarters in Neuilly-sur-Seine.
