Christian Dior Europe Retail Education Manager

- Deploy coherent training paths aligned with the Europe Retail & Client Experience strategy.
- Animate and coordinate the Europe community of trainers through seminars and workshops.
- Lead training and onboarding sessions for Retail Managers and Boutique Managers in English and French.
- Support the launch of new retail concepts or programs in flagship stores and key markets.
- Conduct 'Train the Trainers' sessions to enhance trainers' skills.
- Collaborate with HR, Retail Excellence, Marketing, and Commercial teams to ensure consistency in training initiatives.
- Analyze country-specific needs and implement regular reporting.
- Measure training impact on retail performance and propose areas for improvement.
- Contribute to the skills development of management teams in boutiques.
- Graduate of a business school or equivalent.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in the premium or luxury retail sector.
- Significant experience as a Boutique Manager and/or Retail Manager.
- Mastery of client excellence and performance management.
- Inspiring leadership and field coaching experience.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in a second European language is an asset.
- Charismatic, structured, and results-oriented.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in the premium or luxury retail sector, with substantial experience in boutique or retail management.
Graduate of a business school or equivalent.
