Parfums Christian Dior Europe Retail Education Fragrance Manager

- Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy for fragrance across European markets, aligning with global objectives.
- Collaborate with Europe Commercial, Retail, and Marketing teams to identify training needs and create tailored programs.
- Oversee the creation, adaptation, and deployment of fragrance training tools, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
- Manage skill development of field teams through coordinated training plans and development pathways.
- Conduct engaging training and certification sessions, both in-person and remotely, in partnership with local teams.
- Animate and coordinate the community of trainers through seminars and workshops.
- Serve as the primary liaison for fragrance-related topics within the Retail Education team, fostering collaboration and alignment.
- Organize coaching and mentoring sessions for fragrance trainers, integrating new arrivals.
- Manage and optimize training budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Define and monitor performance indicators to measure training impact and ROI.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in training, with expertise in educational engineering and blended learning.
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in digital learning platforms and social media.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Project management capabilities.
- Customer and business orientation.
- Passion for fragrance and customer experience.
- Expertise in retail and wholesale environments.
- Proficiency in digital tools such as Zoom, Teams, PPT, and Excel.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
A minimum of 5 years in training, with a strong background in educational engineering and blended learning approaches.
