Parfums Christian Dior Engineering Internship in Packaging and Continuous Improvement

- Benchmark best practices from other production units to enhance standard animation.
- Conduct a comprehensive assessment to identify dysfunctions and leverage points.
- Develop a roadmap for fundamental standards addressing safety, business, and human challenges.
- Lead continuous improvement projects such as SMED, 5S, and flow optimization.
- Engage in daily performance improvement routines to optimize or create business processes.
- Create, monitor, and analyze performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of actions.
- Coordinate teams to implement standards ensuring practice uniformity.
- Educate teams on deployed changes to ensure the sustainability of solutions.
- Currently enrolled in an engineering school, specializing in Industrial Engineering or Production Flow Management.
- Recognized for strong initiative, curiosity, and effective communication skills.
- Dynamic, methodical, and eager to learn and excel.
- Performance-oriented with a focus on results and Lean Manufacturing.
- Adaptable with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Creative with a passion for challenges and fieldwork.

No prior experience required, ideal for students seeking a final-year internship or gap year placement.
Pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
