Christian Dior Education Operations Intern

- Prepare, manage, and advance the master scheduling process for Dior Ambassadors' training events and courses.
- Research and implement new formats for training invitations and feedback.
- Source training materials, caterers, and venues for both internal and external training courses.
- Actively participate in training events, including setup, hosting, and teardown, as well as organizing the delivery and collection of training collateral.
- Prepare post-training summaries using Excel and PowerPoint to showcase training value and update the Dior Ambassador database.
- Manage the onboarding process for new Dior Ambassadors, ensuring they are integrated through virtual calls and store visits.
- Coordinate the yearly schedule and implementation of Dior Integration sessions, integrating approximately 120 ambassadors annually.
- Manage onsite catering logistics and relationships with external suppliers.
- Raise and manage Purchase Orders, ensuring timely release and receipt within Finance deadlines.
- Reconcile department trackers monthly to account for new starters and leavers.
- Provide reports to Regional Training Managers and coordinate internal training facilities with LVMH brands.
- Support the uniform function, liaising with Customer Services and facilitating communication with the Retail Team.
- Manage the MyDior internal training app, implementing engagement strategies and posting communications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
