1. Prepare, manage, and advance the master scheduling process for Dior Ambassadors' training events and courses.
2. Research and implement new formats for training invitations and feedback.
3. Source training materials, caterers, and venues for both internal and external training courses.
4. Actively participate in training events, including setup, hosting, and teardown.
5. Prepare post-training summaries using Excel and PowerPoint to showcase training value.
6. Manage onboarding reports and ensure new starters are welcomed and integrated into Dior.
7. Coordinate logistics for onsite catering and manage relationships with external suppliers.
8. Raise and manage Purchase Orders, ensuring timely release and receipt within financial deadlines.
9. Reconcile department trackers monthly to account for new starters and leavers.
10. Provide necessary reports to Regional Training Managers.
11. Coordinate use of internal training facilities with LVMH Brands.
12. Support uniform functions and liaise with Customer Services regarding uniform status.
13. Manage the internal training app MyDior, implementing engagement strategies and posting content.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
