Christian Dior E-Retail Trainee

- Contribute to the development of creative assets such as banners, emailers, and social media content to support marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Assist in preparing new product launch materials to ensure timely product launches.
- Work on e-retail animation plans by retailer in alignment with the marketing calendar, covering 360-degree touchpoints.
- Coordinate with local markets, marketing teams, and supply chain on stock allocation and arrival for animations.
- Collaborate with e-retailers to optimize Dior’s brand space, enhancing conversion rates and reinforcing brand storytelling.
- Monitor e-retailer platforms to identify expiring assets and implement necessary enhancements to maintain brand standards.
- Assist in opening three additional online stores in emerging markets, ensuring smooth follow-up and guidance throughout the project phases.
- Develop launch materials in accordance with platform requirements and create catalogs with detailed product information.
- Test pre-production pages and provide feedback to retailers to ensure adherence to Dior’s guidelines for online visibility.
- Analyze sales data by product line and franchise to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
- Evaluate the performance of implemented animations and online activations.
- Monitor Dior's visibility and track competitors on e-retailer platforms.
- Collaborate on a monthly report consolidating performance data and competitor analysis.
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Digital, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interest in digital tools and the luxury or beauty industry.
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Ability to conduct analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written); proficiency in Arabic or French is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Beginner level experience is required, suitable for those at the start of their career journey.
Bachelor’s degree in Digital, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
