- Ensure adherence to Dior's brand guidelines and standards on authorized online platforms.
- Develop digital content for e-trade activities, including banners, dedicated pages, and newsletters, in collaboration with a digital agency.
- Manage product listings by coordinating the creation and distribution of SEO-optimized product descriptions and visual assets.
- Update and optimize existing product references and online catalogues, ensuring accurate categorization and visibility.
- Identify and resolve technical issues in collaboration with IT and e-merchandising teams.
- Participate in the deployment of sales support tools on partner websites, such as Virtual Try On and Fragrance Finder.
- Assist in the execution of traffic acquisition campaigns, including paid social media and retail media.
- Develop CRM campaigns, including email and direct mail, in partnership with a dedicated agency.
- Conduct competitive analysis and provide strategic recommendations for product presentation.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Pursuing a Master's degree in Business or a related field with a specialization in web marketing.
- Demonstrated organizational and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Passion for cosmetics, luxury, and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Basic knowledge of creative software such as Photoshop or InDesign is advantageous.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Excellent client and agency relationship management skills.
- Technical understanding of e-trade and e-merchandising.
Ideal candidates will have prior experience in web marketing, e-merchandising, or e-commerce.
Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Business or a related field.
