- Ensure adherence to Dior's brand guidelines on authorized e-commerce platforms.
- Develop digital content for e-trade animations, including banners, dedicated pages, and newsletters, in collaboration with a digital agency.
- Coordinate the briefing, dispatch, and online deployment of digital animations with retail partners.
- Manage product listings by creating SEO-optimized content and coordinating visual and video assets for new product launches.
- Monitor customer review campaigns with an external agency.
- Optimize the customer journey and e-merchandising by updating product references and managing online catalogues.
- Participate in traffic acquisition campaigns, including paid social media and search initiatives.
- Develop CRM campaigns, including email and direct mail, in collaboration with a dedicated agency.
- Conduct social media benchmarking and create content briefs for platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
- Perform competitive analysis and KPI tracking to inform product presentation recommendations.
- Pursuing a Master's degree in business school or equivalent university program.
- Organized, meticulous, and analytically minded.
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about cosmetics, luxury, and digital challenges, with ideally a first experience in web marketing, e-merchandising, or e-commerce.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Basic knowledge of creative software such as Photoshop and/or InDesign is advantageous.
- Project management skills.
- Client and agency relationship management skills.
- Technical knowledge of e-trade and e-merchandising.
Ideal candidates will have some initial experience in web marketing, e-merchandising, or e-commerce.
Master's degree in progress from a business school or equivalent university program.
