- Ensure adherence to the Dior brand charter on authorized websites.
- Develop digital content for e-trade activities, including banners, dedicated pages, and newsletters, in collaboration with a digital agency.
- Manage and dispatch necessary elements for new product listings, including SEO-optimized texts and visual packs.
- Oversee client journey optimization and e-merchandising, ensuring updates and enhancements in coordination with retail partners.
- Identify and resolve issues in collaboration with IT and e-merchandising teams of retail partners.
- Participate in the deployment of sales support tools on partner websites, such as Virtual Try On and Fragrance Finder.
- Assist in the implementation of traffic acquisition campaigns, including paid social media, paid search, and retail media.
- Develop CRM campaigns, including email and direct mail, in collaboration with a dedicated agency.
- Conduct competitive analysis and prepare reports.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business School or equivalent program.
- Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and versatility.
- Passion for cosmetics, luxury, and digital challenges, with prior experience in e-retail or e-commerce preferred.
- Professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Basic knowledge of creative software such as Photoshop and/or InDesign is advantageous.
