Parfums Christian Dior E-Merchandising Project Manager

- Develop and implement major commercial events (e.g., Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas) across international e-commerce sites.
- Create a bi-annual animation schedule for Dior.com for regions including Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
- Produce animation kits for local markets in collaboration with central teams.
- Synthesize local market needs for each commercial event and draft international briefs.
- Oversee project execution, including scheduling and coordination with various stakeholders.
- Coordinate weekly follow-up meetings.
- Design customer journeys and implement them on the site with dedicated webmaster teams.
- Coordinate with country teams and central teams for product launch schedules, translation requests, and asset management.
- Monitor site launches and conduct regular audits in collaboration with Dior.com webmasters.
- Conduct competitive analysis and performance benchmarking.
- Track and analyze site performance to develop strategic recommendations and best practices, collaborating with the data team on dashboard creation.
- Participate in cross-functional projects involving services, content, product assortment, and collaboration with Christian Dior Couture.
- Supervise an intern.
- Degree from a business or engineering school.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-merchandising or marketing roles.
- Creativity and image sensibility.
- Knowledge of UI and UX design.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strategic thinking and business orientation.
- Operational anticipation and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Data Studio, and Content Square is highly valued.
- Familiarity with Photoshop and Figma.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
A minimum of 5 years in e-merchandising or related marketing functions is required.
Degree from a business or engineering school.
