E-Merchandising Project Manager

1. Strategically and operationally manage product launches, animations, and brand activations related to the skincare category on Dior.com.
2. Define and implement e-merchandising strategies in collaboration with marketing, digital, and local teams.
3. Ensure the excellence of online content and operations with the support of webmasters.
4. Analyze e-merchandising performance and conduct competitive benchmarks.
5. Improve collaboration processes between local and central teams.
6. Contribute to the e-merchandising roadmap by identifying new opportunities for online experiences.
7. Participate in cross-functional projects and propose customer journeys.
8. Supervise an intern within the skincare category.

1. Business school or engineering school education.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in e-merchandising or marketing roles.

1. Creativity and image sensitivity.
2. Knowledge of UI and UX design is a plus.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Strategic thinking and business orientation.
5. Operational and anticipatory skills.
6. Strong analytical capabilities.
7. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Data Studio, and Content Square is highly appreciated.
8. Familiarity with InVision, Sketch, Photoshop, Figma.
9. Fluent in English.

Minimum 3 years of experience in e-merchandising or marketing roles.
