1. Oversee e-commerce operations at the Cranbury Distribution Center.
2. Develop wave criteria to optimize picking operations using Line Balancing tools.
3. Act as Picking Supervisor in the absence of the Picking Manager.
4. Monitor wave processes and make necessary adjustments.
5. Ensure accuracy in productivity reports.
6. Coach and counsel employees not meeting performance standards.
7. Improve work standards in response to changing job functions.
8. Organize web order workflow and delegate tasks effectively.
9. Manage e-commerce inventory and order flow.
10. Maintain a promotions calendar and analyze e-commerce marketing efforts.
11. Ensure service level agreements are met.
12. Facilitate seamless information transition between shifts.
13. Assist with additional responsibilities as required.

1. Bachelor's degree (BA or BS)

1. Production planning experience
2. Proficiency in Manhattan SCALE, Microsoft Office, and Outlook
3. Radio Frequency based paperless picking experience
4. Current IATA and International Maritime Dangerous Goods certification
5. Outstanding communication skills, bilingual in Spanish preferred
6. Experience in an automated MHE environment
7. Familiarity with major retailer routing guides
8. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience.

Bachelor's degree (BA or BS)

Salary range of $65,000.00 - $80,000.00, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
