1. Manage and monitor production and delivery KPIs for the brands.
2. Oversee daily development activities in collaboration with the Scrum Master, ensuring developers are supported, tickets are qualified and updated, and development progresses smoothly.
3. Participate in the scoping of features with product owners and tech leads, ensuring technical scoping is clear and user stories are well-defined.
4. Contribute to the organization and planning of tasks, developments, and tests across various teams within LVMH Beauty Tech.
5. Assist in managing resource allocations.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in Business, Engineering, or University with a specialization in project management, information systems, or digital/e-commerce.

1. Strong formalization, analytical, and synthesis skills.
2. Versatility and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
3. Adaptability and communication skills to effectively interact with diverse, multicultural, and multidisciplinary stakeholders (business, IT, local teams).
4. Excellent communication skills in French and English.

No prior experience required.

Master's degree in progress in a relevant field.

Compensation ranging from €1500 to €1650, depending on the level of study.
