Christian Dior E-Commerce Project Assistant Intern

- Coordinate and oversee the production and availability of campaign elements for Dior.com in collaboration with central digital and marketing teams.
- Prepare and manage digital assets with internal graphic designers and external agencies, including campaign visuals and videos, banners, etc.
- Monitor the production of product packshots, textures, and colorswatches, ensuring availability for central webmasters.
- Manage operational requests from markets related to animation plans, launch content, and support specific activations.
- Support project managers in formalizing launch strategies, defining launch kits, validating with development marketing teams, and providing associated content to markets.
- Brief product launches and share associated assets with central webmasters to ensure quality and timely online launches on Dior.com.
- Conduct regular post-launch audits in collaboration with Dior.com webmasters, including recipe and bug tracking.
- Conduct global competitive benchmarking on recent competitor launches, share best practices, and recommend innovation axes for Dior.
- Analyze sales performance on Dior.com, including revenue, traffic, product ranking, and conversion rates, as well as performance of various sections on the product page.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree from a business school.
- Passion for the cosmetics and luxury sectors.
- Interest in digital issues and e-Business, with ideally some significant experience in the field.
- Proactive, organized, and rigorous with a strong sense of initiative.
- Result-oriented with analytical and synthesis skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Google Analytics, Photoshop, Figma, JIRA, and Content Square is a plus.
Entry-level, ideally with some experience in digital or e-Business.
Master's degree in progress from a business school.
