1. Track and report on competitors' media and e-commerce strategies.
2. Assist the E-commerce Manager with localization briefs for site updates and seasonal animations, consolidating marketing assets from headquarters.
3. Coordinate with agencies to ensure timely and accurate website updates.
4. Ensure accurate product listings on e-commerce and e-retail sites.
5. Support daily e-commerce operations and site maintenance.
6. Assist with SEO and optimize storefronts to enhance conversion rates.
7. Collaborate with the Sephora online team to update the platform and track monthly e-retail support to maximize brand visibility.
8. Provide backup for customer service support on the brand website.
9. Propose and implement initiatives to drive e-business performance in alignment with brand image.
10. Manage offline event registration and payment processes hosted on e-commerce platforms.

1. Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively.
2. Commitment to a 6-month internship from July 25 to December 25.

1. Proficiency in Google Analytics and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
2. Knowledge of Photoshop or Illustrator for artwork adaptation.

Beginner level experience in digital marketing or e-commerce is preferred.
