- Monitor and analyze daily website performance to ensure functionality, content, and promotional activities are operating correctly. Engage with Regional/Central support teams to troubleshoot issues.
- Implement the E-Commerce animation and promotional go-to-market plan on Salesforce Commerce Cloud, collaborating with the E-Commerce Manager and Regional support teams.
- Lead collaboration with the Warehouse and Logistics Team to ensure effective order flow and management.
- Manage and maintain E-Commerce stock levels across basic and novelty products, sampling, art-of-gifting, and promotional items in collaboration with the Product Marketing Team.
- Generate reports and insights on commercial performance, weekly trade, traffic, promotional activity, and market and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with the E-Commerce Manager, Media Team, CRM Team, and local media agency to develop digital marketing strategies and identify traffic-driving opportunities.
- Manage E-Commerce customer inquiries and feedback in Salesforce Service Cloud in collaboration with the Customer Service Team.
- Contribute to the implementation of E-Commerce projects.
- Provide administrative support to the Digital and CRM Team, including raising purchase orders and managing invoicing.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets
- Proficiency in using Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Business Manager
- Experience with Google Analytics
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Strategic thinking and ability to translate business objectives into strategy
- Understanding of web design and UX standards
- Knowledge of online content management, order management, and data flows
A minimum of 2 years in E-Commerce and digital marketing, preferably within the luxury beauty or FMCG beauty industry.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
